Acceptance of Terms

By using SanitaryDepot.pk, you agree to these legally binding terms. If disagreeing, cease use immediately.

Order Process

• All prices in PKR (inclusive of GST)
• Orders confirmed via email/SMS upon payment verification
• Product availability subject to stock (backorders communicated within 24 hours)

Payment & Pricing

• Accepted methods: Credit/debit cards, bank transfer, cash-on-delivery (COD)
• COD service fee: PKR 150 per order
• Typographical pricing errors may result in order cancellation

Shipping & Returns

• Delivery: 3-7 business days (urban), 7-14 days (rural)
• Damaged Items: Report within 48 hours with photo/video evidence
• Returns: Unopened products in original packaging within 14 days (15% restocking fee)
• Non-returnable: Custom/cut-to-size items

Warranties

• Manufacturer warranties apply (1-5 years, based on product)
• Warranty void if damage results from improper installation/misuse

Intellectual Property

Sanitary Depot owns all website content (logos, product images, text). Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., project delays due to product availability).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Pakistan's laws. Disputes are subject to the courts in Karachi.
